My trainings combine negotiation theories and gathering of practical experience. The theoretical part is based on negotiation methods that are accepted worldwide e.g., Getting to Yes of Harvard Negotiation Project. For the practical part we will practice your individual situations or typical negotiation situations out of business or private environment. In that way you will overcome possible obstacles of shyness and you will create your own negotiation style. The routine you build up in negotiations will free you up for improving the personal relationship with your negotiating partner. You will also have more self-confidence and higher successful outcomes in your (unexpected) negotiations in the future.
